Viewing materials

 

In identification, the materials shall be inspected first to determine the type of leather. For example, if the "leather" grain surface layer is used without modification, the surface leather with original natural characteristics:

 

The pores of cattle hide are small, irregular and even; the pores of goat skin are arranged in rows of "tiles"; the three pores of pig skin are arranged in a pile of product characters; the tissue fibers of cattle hide are fine; the buffalo hide is rough and the pores are thick. If the grain surface layer loses its original characteristics after modification, it should be classified and identified carefully according to the processing technology.

 

Observation characteristics

 

Aniline leather, which is painted with aniline, is characterized by crystal light on the surface, very bright, but not dazzling, and no plastic feeling. The leather is made of natural leather. The thickness of cowhide is generally 5-6mm. The surface layer is a grain layer, with fine and compact tissue fiber, smooth and beautiful appearance, good strength and wear resistance. The inner layer is a pile layer, with thick fiber, large gap and fluff on the surface. The surface of the first layer leather is smoother than that of the second layer leather, and the second layer leather is slightly rough. After finishing, transfer film or lamination, the surface of the two-layer leather can not be rough, but the low temperature resistance of the transfer film leather is poor, and it is easy to wrinkle when the temperature is low. There are no obvious defects after embossing, but there are three pores in pigskin leather, which is glossy and dark. It should be noted when distinguishing the shaving leather and the front leather that the shaving leather destroys the original grain surface layer, and then presses the pattern. The pattern type can imitate cow, sheep, pig skin, etc., but the pattern has no pores. The pattern floats on the skin surface, while the pores of the front leather exist, which can be identified by careful observation.
